03 FAQ
Before you request
Does submitting the form confirm a booking?
No. The form records your request. J COMPLEX then checks availability and confirms the final plan before the experience.
What should I share in my request?
Your preferred date, group size, interests and any notes that help J COMPLEX understand what you want to prioritize.
When will I know the exact timing and meeting point?
Those details are confirmed before the experience after the final plan has been agreed.
Is the experience the same for every group?
Not necessarily. The current tour is described as a custom itinerary for private or small groups, so the focus can vary with the request discussed.
