Website operator
J COMPLEX introduces Japanese-inspired activities, a community space and JDM experiences and receives tour requests. Current contact details are displayed in the footer.
Information collected
When you submit a tour request, you provide your name, email, optional phone number, selected tour, preferred date, guest count and any notes. The site records your request, processing status and consent time. A short-lived technical identifier derived from email and IP may be used to reduce repeated submissions.
Why we use it
We use your details to receive enquiries, discuss availability and itineraries and confirm details. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. This form does not collect payment card information.
Storage and security
Requests are stored in WordPress and should only be accessed by authorized staff. Information is retained as necessary to resolve enquiries and meet applicable legal duties, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required. No Internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
External services
The site uses Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps for locations, and links to third-party social media. Providers may process technical data under their own policies. WordPress may use cookies for site management or logged-in sessions.
Your requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information related to a tour enquiry, subject to applicable law. Contact us using the details in the footer with enough information to verify your request. Some data may need to be retained for legal reasons.
Updates
We may update this notice if our website or information practices change. Refer to the current version on this page.
